Volunteering in India
India is a feast for the senses. During your time volunteering in India, you will discover India’s rich and varied cultures, climates, landscapes, religions, traditions, customs, and above all people. Today, India is home to over one billion residents. Volunteering in India with TravelWorks is the perfect way to get to know the country while doing something to help its people. Your project placement will be in western Rajasthan, in the region of Himachal Pradesh, or in the coastal region of Goa, depending on your preference. A great way to experience two of the country’s regions whilst volunteering in India is to sign up for one of our Combi-Programmes.
For volunteers aged 30 and over, or for anyone who only has 2-3 weeks’ time for volunteering, we offer special volunteering in India programmes in Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh.
