Working Holiday in Perth

When you work and travel with Perth as your starting-point, you will find yourself in a Meditarranean climate at the beginning of your time in Australia. Long, dry summers and mild, rainy winters open brilliant opportunities in Perth, from water sports like swimming and surfing to relaxed sunbathing on a long, clean beach.

Here you will find the sprawling King's Park, overlooking the Swan River, where you can have a picnic or barbecue under clear blue skies. Another highlight for visitors is the Perth Mint, the oldest mint in the world, where you will learn all about the traditional methods of gold pouring.

The closest large city, Adelaide, is located more than 2,000 kilometres away – but you won’t miss out on anything living in Perth! Aside from outdoor activities at the beaches or in park areas, cultural institutions like museums and theatres make the city one of the liveliest of its kind Down Under.
