Have you always dreamed of becoming a real cowboy or cowgirl? Then take the 5 or 11-day Jackaroo/Jillaroo Training Course on an Australian farm with sheep, cows, and kangaroos, just 400 kilometres north of Sydney!

Leconfield Training Farm

Aussie cowboys and cowgirls are known as “jackaroos” and “jillaroos”, respectively. The course will give you the opportunity to combine work and vacation as you discover life in the Outback. You will learn skills such as:

Riding and shoeing horses,
Throwing lassos,
Driving and milking cattle,
Shearing sheep,
Working with various machines, and
Building and maintaining fences.

Whatever you learn here will expand your range of potential jobs when you work abroad in Australia. Not to mention the outrageous stories of the Outback that you'll be able to tell back home!
